Comprehensive Future is assisting psychologists from two leading universities to study the transition from primary to secondary school. The research project will cover experiences with selection tests as well as school moves in comprehensive areas. The researchers would like to find an advisory group made up of parents, pupils and teachers who are willing to share their thoughts on secondary school moves. Do you know anyone who can help?
The researchers are looking for:
- Parents of students aged 10-14
- School students aged 10-14
- Teachers of year 6 or 7 students
The team are recruiting people in selective and non-selective areas of England, and the volunteers will be expected to give two online interviews of around an hour. Please get in touch if you can help, or know anyone who might help.
This is valuable research that relies on volunteer support. Please spread the word so we can help to make it a success.
Please contact info@comprehensivefuture.org.uk if you have questions or might be able to help.
