Christine Blower

Labour peer, Baroness Blower, was the eleventh General Secretary of the National Union of Teachers. Christine is a Comprehensive Future patron.

Nigel Jones

Chair of the Liberal Democrat Education Association. Nigel was a teacher and head of department in schools and FE for 40 years. A former councillor and cabinet member on local council and governor at an FE college. He is currently, governor of a secondary school and a primary school.

Vix Lowthian

National spokesperson for education for the Green Party. Vix Lowthian lives on the Isle of Wight, where she is a secondary school teacher in History, Classics & Geology, and a mother to three boys.

 Steve Mastin

Vice President of the Conservative Education Society. Steve was Chairman of the Conservative Education Society from 2014-18. He was Head of History at a state secondary school in Cambridge for 17 years, curriculum leader for a large multi-academy trust, and is now an education consultant.
